INGREDIENTS
Rasoterra focuses on finding the best Italian organic stone-ground flours, which are processed into fine flours to create easily digestible, light pizzas that preserve the nutritional value of the grain. This protects and upholds the principle of respect for the product and the consumer.
To round out the offering and make it unique, all ingredients used are imported directly from Italy to Berlin. The high-quality artisanal products include 100% Italian tomatoes from Gustarosso, anchovy fillets from Armatore, tuna fillets and grilled vegetables from Delfino Battista...
